• Distributor enquiries: name, mobile number, optional WhatsApp number and email, city/town, district, state, PIN code, territory of interest, work preference, and any occupation, business or network details you choose to provide.
• The time of submission and your distributor contact consent. Our hosting and security services may process technical information, such as IP addresses and service logs, to operate and protect the website.

Please do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information in your message.

How we use your information

We use your details to record and respond to your enquiry, discuss products or potential business opportunities, maintain relevant correspondence, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations. We may respond by phone, WhatsApp or email using the details you provide. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated promotional messages.

Consent and your choices

Submitting a customer enquiry requests a response using your contact details. The distributor form asks for your agreement to be contacted about that enquiry. You may withdraw contact permission or ask us to stop contacting you at any time using the contact details below. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out or information we must retain by law.

Storage, access and sharing

Enquiries are stored using Lovable Cloud and are available through a restricted team dashboard. We do not sell your enquiry information. We may share information with authorised personnel and service providers needed to host, secure and operate the website or communicate with you, or where required by law. Providers may process information outside your state or country, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Retention and security

We retain enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, maintain necessary business records or meet legal obligations. We use access controls and reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your privacy requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your enquiry information, withdraw consent, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and any necessary retention obligations.
