These terms apply to use of the Krrish-Dharah website and its customer and distributor enquiry forms. By submitting an enquiry, you agree to these enquiry terms. If you do not agree, please do not submit a form.
Enquiry submissions
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information and contact details that belong to you or that you are authorised to use. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading or unsolicited content, impersonate others, or attempt to interfere with the website.
Data processing and contact
We record your submission and use it to respond to your request and discuss the relevant product or business opportunity. Distributor contact requires the agreement shown on that form. Information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You may ask us to stop contacting you or raise a data request using the contact details below.
No automatic appointment or purchase
A form submission is an expression of interest, not a purchase, confirmed order, distributor appointment or binding commercial agreement. Any supply, pricing, payment, territory, support or partnership arrangement requires separate confirmation and agreement with our team.
Business opportunities
Information about distributorship is indicative and subject to discussion and availability. We do not guarantee acceptance, exclusive territory, income, sales, margins, profits or returns. Prospective partners should independently assess suitability before entering any agreement.
Website information and availability
We aim to keep website information accurate, but product availability and commercial details may change. Confirm relevant details with our team before making a decision. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted website access or a particular response time. If a form reports a failure, contact us directly rather than assuming it has been received.
Brand content and external services
